Friendly staff, decent quality food. Not sure if it's worth the price. I do recommend. The manager and Chef were more than happy to correct an order free of charge.
We appreciated there being free water available via a tap and glasses to the side of the counter. There was a good atmosphere to the restaurant, with tables spaced out and couch seating in the middle. The pie and chips/salad I ordered was much appreciated and very enjoyable, also. Thanks!
Our hot drinks took 25 mins to be delivered, well after the food was eaten, the staff (with the exception of the cool dude with the dreads) seemed like working was the worst thing in the world. It’s a shame the service was poor, because the atmosphere was nice and welcoming
Lovely little cafe with a beautiful view of the war memorial and the mountain. Comfy chairs and plenty of room. Quiet and relaxing music in the background, not overwhelming at all. Caters for gluten free and vegetarian. Staff was lovely, friendly and accommodating. I didn’t realise my burger had a spicy sauce and they remade it for me. The wait staff checked with us about our drinks as we asked for lactose free milk but wasn’t aware that icecream came in it so I’m glad they checked. The gf buns were amazing, they were soft with a crunchy crust and held together well. They have the option to scan, order and pay via a QR code. Very clean and has a modern style decor
We had lunch here after visiting the Australian War Memorial. The decor has a military theme. Food and drink were served promptly. The taste was alright.
Onsite cafe at the Australia War Memorial, name is fitting for the landmark. Food & drink was ok. Quite a nicely decorated cafe to suit the theme of the memorial. Service was quite swift.
Cafe in the premises of Australian war memorial. Friendly and courteous staff. Reasonable prices. Nice ambience inside the cafe. We enjoyed the chocolate milk shake and mocha.
Did the museum shifts cause we had our dog so between each group doing the tour we had lunch here. Pet friendly outside, decent food if a little pricey, good service.
